  • Integration Data: Data synced from connected e-commerce platforms (Shopify, WooCommerce, etc.) per permissions you grant.

  • To remit COD payments and manage your wallet

  • Courier Partners: Consignee details are shared with courier companies (Delhivery, EKart, XpressBees, BlueDart, DTDC, etc.) to fulfill deliveries.
  • Payment Processors: Financial data is shared with Razorpay and banks for processing payments and remittances.
  • Service Providers: We use third-party tools for analytics, communication (SMS/WhatsApp/email), and infrastructure — all bound by confidentiality agreements.
  • Legal Requirements: We may disclose information when required by law, court order, or government authority.
  • Business Transfers: In the event of a merger, acquisition, or sale of assets, your information may be transferred as part of the transaction.
